COVID -19 Sales Policy
We are living in uncertain times and we understand how it must be impacting the regular functioning of your lifestyles. As we try our best to make sure all of your order shipments are going out in time, we feel it is important to inform you all about the general carrier issues at the moment. Please note that a number of our carrier partners are currently working at capacity while dealing with reduced staffing. Hence, carriers have waived off guaranteed service and even waived off signature deliveries.
A couple of things to consider before you order:
Make sure you confirm that you are available to accept your shipment. If you are unable to accept the delivery the carrier will return the shipment to us at our cost. We will only resend the shipment upon your paying the extra shipping charges.
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct and has not changed. We are not responsible for the loss of shipment during these times.
Please understand if you do not comply with the above suggestions you run the risk of additional charges, delayed pick-ups and even delayed deliveries.
Prices are in Canadian currency. The products are sold, F.O.B. warehouse and are subject to change without notice. We retain title to all goods purchased until these goods are paid in full.
Ordering Policy: Orders may be sent by email or phoned in. For all orders, please indicate: product code number, name of product, and number of units ordered. Return Policy: Merchandise cannot be accepted for credit without a prior authorization. Returns will not be accepted 25 days after shipping date. Returns will not be accepted on expired items. Freight charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer, unless it is a shipping error by Little India or its affiliate shippers. A 20% restocking fee charged on returned Items.
Back-order Policy: Items are not back-ordered.
Shipping Policy (Canada.): Free ground shipping on orders of $75 and above.
At this time we do not ship products outside of The Continental U.S.A for online orders.
Please send us an email for international orders.
Claims: All claims for error correction must be made within 5 days from receipt of goods. Damage or breakage which occurs during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and cannot be subtracted from the invoice. Please file your claim with the carrier as soon as possible or within 5 days.
Note: Please take the time to check your shipments while the carrier waits. If you find damage later when package is opened, contact shipper immediately and always keep original shipping box and contents in case shipper wants to inspect damage prior to authorization of claim.
